MVA Approved Online Programs

MRB Counseling Services provides MVA approved Programs both ONLINE and in-person. Our flexible format allows participants to choose the learning mode that best suits their needs and schedule. Classroom sessions are available by appointment.

DRIVER IMPROVEMENT CLASSES ONLINE

  • MVA assigns this class to drivers who have accumulated points for driving violations.
  • Please follow this link for our ONLINE courses and select this class. Click here for MVA online classes
  • This class is available both in English and in Spanish.
  • Register first by creating a username and password, then proceed with the course at your own pace.
  • When you finish, call us on (301) 326-4356 to schedule your final test in one of our 3 offices.
  • The fee of $100 will be collected in our office. We accept credit/debit, cash and Zelle payments.
  • We are open from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm.
  • You must bring a photo identification with you, preferably your Driver License or a copy of it, and the letter the MVA sent assigning you to take the course.

3-HOUR ROADWAY SAFETY DRIVING EDUCATION PROGRAM ONLINE

  • This course is mandatory for people applying for a Maryland Driver’s License for the first time.
  • It was previously known as 3-Hour AOD Education Program or Safe and Sober.
