How do I complete the Point System Conference?
With our school, you have the convenience of completing the conference in person or online. You may enroll to sit through the conference by calling one of our branch locations. To complete the online conference, you must register online by selecting the registration button.
How do I complete the Driver Improvement Program?
With our school, you have the convenience of completing the program in-person or online. You may enroll for either program by clicking one of the registration buttons above. Additionally, you may enroll to sit through the class by calling one of our branch locations. To complete the online program, you must register online by selecting the registration button above.
How does the online PSC work?
Register and log onto our online system.
View the class material at your own pace.
Once you feel comfortable with the material, take the online quizzes.
When all segments and quizzes have been finished successfully, call our office and schedule an appointment.
Receive your certificate. Please keep this for your records.
We will automatically notify the MVA of your completion within 24 hours.

Pass the written 20 question multiple choice test with an 80% at one of our locations.

I am confused as to which program (PSC or DIP) I should take. Where can I find this information?
Typically, a person receives a referral letter from the MVA. In this letter, it states which program the person must attend. If the individual is still confused, he or she can contact the MVA to find the correct program.
What happens if I do not take the Point System Conference (PSC) by my PSC due date?
If a person does not take the PSC by its corresponding due date, he will have to take the Driver Improvement Program (DIP). This program is longer and more expensive than the PSC.
What happens if I do not take the Driver Improvement Program (DIP) by my DIP due date?
If a person does not take the DIP by its corresponding due date, he will have his license suspended.
What must I bring to PSC class?
Payment of $25.00 in cash, credit card, or money order (No Checks!)

Your MVA/court Referral Letter - We must have your Maryland license number and documentation of the class that you need.
What must I bring to DIP class?
Payment of $55.00 in cash, credit card, or money order (No Checks!)

I do not have my MVA referral letter. Can I still complete the PSC & DIP classes?
Yes, you still can complete the classes without the referral letter. However, it is required you fill out a waiver so that you assume responsibility for completing the correct class. Please have your driver's license number with you since it is needed to complete the waiver.
Does taking the classes remove points from my driving record?
No, in the state of Maryland , points will remain active on your driving record for 2 years from the date of your violation.
My license is suspended and I just completed the DIP. When will my suspension be lifted?
We notify the MVA within 24 hours of your completion via electronic submission. It is up to them to lift your suspension.
